Not sure why this was filmed as you tube was not born yet and I can’t remember if video cameras were around either. The recovery vehicles however seem like they are from the 70’s or before, so maybe the early 80’s. Of course I will look at future parts of thes riviting (just kidding) breakdown recovery organistations story.
