OK, he did not win at Silverstone, but 9 podiums in his first 9 races is beyond words to explain. In fact if a holywood blockbuster movie was to produce this story as a script it would be thrown out as just unbelievable to the general public. Yet here we are reliving the dream every fortnight.

Dont be surprised if someone is already trying to claim the film rights, or book rights to this astonishing journey of success. It will almost be devistating when Lewis does not finish on the podium, it really does have to happen sometime soon.

The pressure is on him big time now, with a legal battle between Ferrari and Mclaren and his internal battle with Alonso, he must be feeling the pressure and all us here in the UK are praying he does not breakdown.

It would also only take a few car breakdowns to completly change Lewis’s fortunes and give it all back to Alonso even though the Mclaren cars have been pretty reliable this season

As Ferrari accuse Mclaren of cheating and having access to confidential information relating to the Ferrari car, the battle for the championship continues. It has been a great recovery from Raikkonnen recently, so dont count him or Massa out yet. The Green Flag is still definatly for go on the championship but who will get that chequred flag, Lewis or Alonso or even a Ferrari, keep you fingers crossed.
