Of course there is a relationship between what cars are reliable and breakdown cover, for obvious reasons. Well on Top Gear this week, the team mentioned from a review (not thiers) that the most reliable cars are as usual, Mazda and Skoda belive it or not.

The cars that were all in the bottom 10 were all French made. There seems to be a message there, when buying a new car at the moment, or whether you are considering breakdown cover. If you have a French made car, there is a bigger likelyhood of needing a recovery service.

Of course Top Gear have their own reliable car review, which I believe will be done later in the year on a new series. It will be interesting to see if the results are the same.
