Free Online Manuals
I have often looked for that free online manual to find that soution to that nagging problem on my car or repair.
But inreality I have always found adverts for the latest haynes manual or other service asking for payment, until I decovered I was not searching correctly.
It was not free online manuals I should be searching for, but internet forums that specialise in the specific make and model of car I owned.
in realty rather than reading about a company that had stripped a car down and put it back together, I actually found other owners who had expreienced the same issues I had and how they had repaired or fixed the issue.
Not only that, but where to buy the cheapest or best value car parts, what tools I needed and how long it would take an amateur like myself to do the job.
As the job moved on, if I had more questions i just posted them and there was always someone who would answer.
The reality was a service more detailed and more valueable than if I had bought a manual and onve more this was all free. there is also advice on how to prevent breakdowns, specific to that make and model and maybe even if owning that model was a good idea.
So, don't search for manuals, serach for car forums to get your answers for you car.
